Ingredients :
3 blocks white tofu,
cut each into 4 pieces
2 cups oil for deep-frying
A :
1tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 red chilli, chopped
1/2 tbsp chilli boh
B :
200g minced meat
1 tbsp chopped sweet preserved radish, washed
1 tbsp fermented soya
bean pasta
Seasoning :
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
200 ml water
1 thsp chopped
spring onion
Method :
1. Heat up oil, deep-frying tofu until golden brown. Dish and drain.
2. Leave 2 tbsp oil in wok, saute A fry until aromatic.
3. Add fried tofu and stir well. Add in seasoning and bring to a quick boil.
4. Dish up, sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and serve.
